When do I get the products I order?
When you order any printed material on any of our websites, we ship it within 2 business days by Media mail. Typically we use the United
States Postal Service, but other carriers may be used. If we are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and let you know approximately
how long it will take to get the shipment out to you.
How do I return a product?
We know that sometimes orders get mixed up or get damaged in transit. If you receive the wrong product, or a damaged product, you can e-mail

What are your cancellation and return policies?
You can cancel book orders within 24 hours by e-mailing or calling us at the contact information below. If you wish to cancel a course you
can do so by going to the course registration page on tcarprograms.visionem.org, select the course you wish to
cancel, then on the course description page, click on the "Already Registered" link below the Register button. You will need your
confirmation number you got in your registration confirmation e-mail. If you have issues and need to contact us to lend you a hand,

Fees for late cancellations work like this:
Cancel up to a week before – no charge – full refund
Cancel within the last week prior to the course — Full refund less a $30 late cancellation fee
No shows on the day of class receive no refund
